You adopt the CPW network

Employers use the Cost Plus Wellness provider contracts as a new or add-on provider network. This ensures providers see meaningful volume and keeps rates low.

You contract directly with providers

Using Cost Plus Wellness contract templates, your plan contracts directly with each provider by signing one master agreement. Every underlying contract is published openly on our website, no exceptions.

Your TPA processes the claims

We help implement with your TPA. Providers submit claims, your TPA pays them at the published CPW rate. We work with Sage TPA today and are adding more TPAs on request.

Must pay clean claims within 30 days

Must waive prior authorization for CPW providers, including suppressing pre-payment audits

Plan must pay 100% of the CPW rate — no member cost-share collected by the provider
